Who operates the game
Yolker Run 3D is operated by Andrei Babrounik, who publishes under the name Andrew Bro. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
Optional online leaderboard
Online ranking is off by default. The game sends leaderboard data only after you choose Join Online Ranking in Settings → Privacy & Data. You can play without sharing. Turning sharing off stops future score uploads, but your current online entry remains until you delete it.
When sharing is on, the game sends:
- Your in-game display name.
- Your best run height.
- Your lifetime total of earned stars.
- Your total collected coins.
Your display name and scores can appear publicly in leaderboard results. The leaderboard returns up to 20 entries per ranking. Choose a nickname and avoid putting your email address, phone number, or other personal details in your display name.
The game creates a random installation token to authenticate profile updates. It is kept in local app storage and sent over HTTPS when the game syncs. The leaderboard service stores a SHA-256 digest of that token, not the raw token, as the profile identifier. The profile row also has an update timestamp. The service does not ask for a game account or email address.
The leaderboard runs on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1. The Worker reads the request IP address provided by Cloudflare for per-IP rate limiting; the profile database does not add that IP address to your leaderboard row. Cloudflare may process connection information under its own Privacy Policy.
Information stored on your device
The game stores progress, settings, your display name, the random leaderboard token, your leaderboard-sharing choice, and the remove-ads entitlement in Unity PlayerPrefs on your device. These local game records are separate from the online leaderboard profile.
Purchases are handled by the platform store you use. The game saves the confirmed remove-ads entitlement locally so it can hide ads after a purchase. Apple or Google processes store transactions under its own privacy terms; the game does not receive your payment card details.
Advertising and third-party software
The Android build uses Unity LevelPlay to load interstitial and rewarded ads. The project includes mediation adapters for Google AdMob, AppLovin, and Unity Ads. Which partners receive an ad request can depend on the ad account's current configuration. These providers may process device and advertising identifiers, IP or other network information, app and device details, ad delivery or interaction events, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, and protect advertising services.
On Android, Google User Messaging Platform checks applicable consent and privacy choices at app launch before LevelPlay can request ads. Where required, the game shows an Ad Privacy Choices control under Settings → Privacy & Data so you can reopen the available choices. The ad SDKs receive the consent signals used for ad requests.
Read the providers' privacy information: Unity, Google, and AppLovin.
The AppsFlyer integration is present in the project, but its initializer is disabled in the current game configuration. It does not send install-attribution events while disabled. Unity Services automatic initialization is also disabled, and the game does not call the Unity Analytics event API. Facebook SDK automatic initialization is disabled; the game does not use Facebook sign-in or profile features.
The privacy pages use system fonts and do not load third-party web fonts or analytics scripts.
How long leaderboard data is kept
An active leaderboard profile has no automatic expiry period. It remains until you delete it or the operator removes it.
When you delete the online profile in the game, the service removes the profile row, including its display name and scores. The service keeps only the SHA-256 token digest and deletion time in a minimal deletion record with no expiry. That record prevents a delayed or replayed upload from recreating the deleted profile. The raw token is not retained by the service.
Deleting an online profile does not erase local progress, device settings, or the remove-ads purchase entitlement. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game may remove the local token from that installation, but device backup settings may preserve or restore app data. It does not automatically delete a profile that was already uploaded.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can keep leaderboard sharing off, turn it off at any time, or delete your existing online entry from the in-game Privacy & Data settings. The deletion steps are on the Yolker Run 3D data deletion page.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to contact your local privacy regulator. Email [email protected] to make a request. Because leaderboard profiles are not linked to an email or account, the in-game delete control is the most reliable way to identify and remove your profile.
We may update this policy when the game's data practices change. The latest version will be available at this address.
