Yolker Run 3D Data Deletion

Delete it in the game

Open Yolker Run 3D on the installation that joined the online ranking.
Open Settings → Privacy & Data.
Tap Delete Online Ranking, then tap Confirm Deletion.
Wait for the confirmation message. If the game cannot confirm deletion, sharing stays off and you can try again.

What gets deleted: the server removes the profile's display name, best height, total stars, coins, update time, leaderboard entry and recorded online wins. You can use this control even if your wins were recorded without joining the public ranking. The old installation token cannot recreate that profile or its wins.

What stays on your device

Deleting the online ranking does not delete your local gameplay progress, settings, or remove-ads purchase entitlement. The game rotates its local leaderboard token after the server confirms deletion. Joining the ranking again later creates a new online profile only after you opt in.

What the service retains

The service retains the SHA-256 digest of the old installation token and the deletion time in a minimal record with no expiry. It uses this record to reject delayed or replayed uploads so the deleted profile cannot reappear. It does not retain the raw token or the deleted profile row. Recent race rooms are scheduled for deletion 24 hours after their last server write. Matchmaking queue entries expire after two minutes without a refresh and pairing records after 24 hours, with cleanup when the queue is accessed. Profile deletion does not immediately erase these temporary match records.

If you no longer have that installation

Online profiles are identified by an installation credential and are not connected to an email or game account. The in-game control authenticates that installation. If you have lost access to it, email [email protected] and describe the issue. A display name alone may not be sufficient to verify ownership.
